Abstract
These Bylaws amend the Kahurangi National Park Bylaws 2009.
Amendments include: insertion of new definitions in clause 3; substitution of clause 12(2) and (3), and clause 13(1) and (3) restricting hunting activities; minor word changes in clause 16 and 17; insertion of new clauses 17A, 17B, 17C and 19A restricting the use of motorized and non-motorized vehicles in the park; minor word changes in clause 20; and substitution of Schedules with new ones.
