Abstract
This Notice provides for the creation of the Clifford and Cloudy Bay marine mammal sanctuary along a part of the north-east coast of the South Island, and restricts seismic surveys in the sanctuary. The sanctuary includes areas where Hector's dolphins are found.
The Notice includes all the areas of the sea enclosed within the Clifford and Cloudy Bay and a map of the sanctuary.
