Abstract
This Order constitutes the Auckland Islands-Motu Maha Marine Reserve. A description of the reserve is contained in the Schedule.
The Order contains a condition that permits, with the prior approval of the Director-General of Conservation, the salvage or recovery of shipwrecks in the marine reserve.
