Abstract
This Order constitutes the Long Island-Kokomohua Marine Reserve as declared by the Governor-General.
The Order further contains conditions relating to person’s rights of ownership in respect of the wreck “Elsie” and to the right of access to the tangata whenua (indigenous people).
