Abstract
This Order constitutes the Taputeranga Marine Reserve as declared by the Governor-General.
The Order contains conditions relating to: existing discharges; existing structures; existing and future swing moorings; removal and disposal of beach cast seaweed and debris following storms; and the holding of rock lobsters in cages.
The Order further specifies the Island Bay rock lobster holding pots area with the geographical coordinates.
