Abstract
The Act prescribes minimum adult rate of wages, minimum starting-out rates of wages, and minimum training rate of wages. Moreover the Act establishes an annual review for minimum wedges and alys down provisions concerning payment, penalties, recovery of wedges. The Act also sets the maximum amount of working hours per week.
