Abstract
These Regulations provide for the establishment of the National Animal Identification and Tracing (NAIT) Information System Access Panel and define its composition.
The panel is required to deal with applications in accordance with sections 46 and 47 of the Act and to prepare annual reports which must be forwarded to the Minister of the Crown.
