Abstract
This Agreement between the Government of New Zealand and the Government of Malaysia, sets out commitments of the Parties in the field of environmental protection, defines key understandings of the Parties and provides for cooperation of the Parties on mutually agreed environmental issues through the interaction of Government, industry, educational and research institutions in each Party. The Parties shall establish an Environment Committee comprised of senior officials of their Government agencies responsible for environment-related matters. The Agreement also provides for (stakeholder) consultations.
