Abstract
This Amendment concerns the receipt in New Zealand of application for the grant of a plant breeders’ right by persons who have earlier submitted equivalent applications to a Convention Party that has been accepted. “Convention Party” is an entity that is part to en agreement or arrangement or to which an agreement or arrangement applies and is declared by the Governor-General by Order in Council to be a Convention Party for purposes of this Act. The application in Nez Zealand shall not made more than twelve months after the equivalent application was made.
