Abstract
The purpose of these Regulations is to declare any land on which potato cyst nematode is found to be an infected area. The Director-General of Agriculture and Fisheries shall also declare any land within a radius of 80 km to be an infected area if there is reason to believe that it might have been infected by transmission from any conveyance, machinery or relevant plant material from the land infected with potato cyst nematode. No person, except for an inspector, may remove from an infected area any machinery, tools, potato plants, soil, etc.
