Abstract
The present Regulations under Part 2 provide further requirements for the contents of freshwater farm plans for the purposes of Part 9A of the Act, for instance: Freshwater farm plan must identify risks and actions; Farm operator must have regard to catchment context, challenges, and values; etc. Part 3 provides for Certification of freshwater farm plans. Part 4 regulates audit of certified freshwater farm plan. Part 5 establishes information requirement.
