Abstract
These Regulations provide a national environmental standard for activities on pieces of land whose soil may be contaminated in such a way to be a risk to human health.
The activities are: removing or replacing a fuel storage system; sampling the soil; disturbing the soil; subdividing land; and changing the use of the piece of land. The activities are classified into permitted activities, controlled activities, restricted discretionary activities, or discretionary activities.
