Abstract
The Resource Management (Territorial Authorities Required to Prepare and Notify Intensification Planning Instruments) Regulations 2022 mandate that Tier 2 and Tier 3 territorial authorities to prepare and notify an Intensification Planning Instrument (IPI) by specified deadlines. Schedule 2 contains explanatory note that is intended to indicate the regulations general effect.
