Abstract
Part 1, revoked by Conservation Law Reform Act 1990 (1990 No 31), established the State Forest Park Advisory Committee. Part 2 regulates control of public entry and use of parks, including emergency closure of parks, signage, use of park amenities, prohibited items, litter, offences and penalties.
