Abstract
This Act amends the Tokelau Act 1948 and amending Acts with respect to the terms "Administrator" and "Tokelau"and "Tokolauan". Every reference to the Tokelau Islands in force at the passing of this Act or in any rule, regulation, order, or other document of any kind whatsoever in force at the passing of this Act, shall after the passing of this Act be read as a reference to Tokelau.
