Abstract
This Order declares that the waters described in the 3 Schedules are to be retained in their natural state because of the outstanding characteristics, features and values of the waters.
The Order further provides for restrictions on damming of waters, on alterations of river flows and form, on alteration of lake levels, on alteration of water quality, on changing fish passage, etc.
