Waters Pollution Regulations, 1963.

These Regulations are made under the Waters Pollution Act 1953, and make provision for the classification of waters for pollution purposes. Outfalls where pollutants are discharged into classified waters must be registered, permits for discharges must be obtained and specified standards must be maintained in respect of various classes of waters.
