Abstract
These Regulations set out procedures and requirements for the issue of licences and authorities to farm, breed, and sell unprotected wildlife.
The Regulations prohibit the farming, breeding, or selling of unprotected wildlife without a licence and without holding an authority.
The Regulations further provide for a total prohibition on the keeping in captivity, liberation, or conveyance of unprotected wildlife in or to any of the areas specified in regulation 3.
