Abstract
This Order declares the area of The Brother Islands, described in the Schedule, to be a wildlife sanctuary.
The Order prohibits or restricts the right of entry to the sanctuary of any person except for lighthouse keepers, rangers or other persons authorized by the Director-General.
The Order further prohibits, unless in possession of a written authorization of the Director-General, to: hunt, kill, take, molest, etc. any living creature in the sanctuary; take, destroy, or disturb the eggs of any living creature; take or interfere with vegetation in the sanctuary; introduce in the sanctuary any living creature, egg, spawn or plant; burn or clear any trees, shrubs, or other plant life; camp; light fires; etc.
