Abstract
This Order declares the area of Otamatou Rocks, described in the Schedule, to be a wildlife sanctuary.
The Order prohibits or restricts during the closed period the right of entry to the sanctuary of any person except for rangers or other persons authorized by the Director-General.
The Order further prohibits during the closed season, unless in possession of a written authorization of the Director-General, to: hunt, kill, take, molest, etc. any living creature in the sanctuary; take, destroy, or disturb the eggs of any living creature; introduce in the sanctuary any living creature, egg, or spawn of any living creature. It is also prohibited to light fires, take or use firearms or explosives and take or keep domestic animals into the sanctuary unless possessing a written authorization of the Director-General.

Entry into force notes
