Abstract
These Regulations set out various standards and requirements in relation to wine and wine products including: labelling requirements; export requirements; packaging requirements; record and return requirements; wine production standards; etc.
The Regulations further provide for fees and charges payable in respect of the matters specified in the Schedule and for offences and penalties.
