Abstract
This Regulation, issued by the Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources, consists of 12 articles. It provides for: location of the stands for shawarma and grills preparation; provision of self-shutting doors and other equipment; approval for piped gas and the provision for fire-extinguisher; cleanliness of the site; and kitchen tools. The Regulation gives one year to the owner of an existing site to comply with the Regulation.
