Health Regulations for Vegetable and Fruit Shops (Greengrocers).

This Regulation, issued by the Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources, consists of 9 articles and gives health rules and conditions for vegetable and fruit shops. It provides for: a necessary municipal license; location and details for interior decor. It also gives regulations for workers, such as health card and annual medical examination. It establishes that part of the shop shall be designed for storage and is possible to provide a refrigerator for safekeeping of rapid-decaying vegetables and fruits.
