Ministerial Decision 125/2025 constituting the follow-up Committee of Water Supply Wellfields Preservation Zones.

This Resolution, comrpising 6 articles, aims to constitute the follow-up Committee of Water Supply Wellfields Preservation Zones, resonsible for (i) formulating recommendations and proposals in regards to reports of the Water Supply Wellfields Preservation Zones in preparation of implementing the necessary procedures; (ii) making decisions in regards to issues and requests related to said Zones. The Committee brings together senior experts and decision-makers from key government institutions, public utilities, academia and environmental authorities in Oman. Its members collectively provide expertise in urban planning, water services, environmental management, smart cities, water resource assessment and infrastructure planning. It shall submit a report every six months enclosed with its findings of recommendations and proposals.
