Ministerial Decision No. 170/2025 amending certain provisions of the Food Safety Regulations.

This Resolution, comprising 3 articles, amends the original text by introducing a new Article 30 bis, which authorizes the competent authority, prior to issuing the licence referred to in Article 30, to verify and assess the sanitary and manufacturing practices of the food establishment, as well as its HACCP system, in the country of origin or the exporting country. The amendment further stipulates that the importer, the exporter, or both shall bear all costs incurred by the competent authority in conducting such verification and assessment.
