Abstract
This Ministerial Decision consists of 2 articles, an attached Regulation and an Appendix. Article 1 states that the provisions of the attached Regulations for packaging and labelling hazardous chemicals shall enter into force.
The attached Regulations are entitled Terms and Conditions for Packing, Packaging and Labelling Hazardous Chemicals. Article 1 provides terms and conditions for containers and labelling. Various hazardous chemical warning symbols are given in the attached appendix. Article 2 requires these be drawn or fixed to each container. Anyone violating these Regulations should be forbidden from practicing this activity (art. 3). The provisions of these Regulations shall be applied to: pharmaceuticals and medical drugs; explosives; and radioactive materials (art. 4).
