Abstract
This Ministerial Decision is composed of 2 articles and the Regulations themselves. Article 1 states that the provisions of the attached Regulations shall be put in effect by organizing the use of water desalination units in wells. The Regulations consist of 5 Chapters divided into 17 articles. Chapter 1 contains general provisions including the definition of terms used in the Regulations.
