Ministerial Decision No. 38 of 1997 defining contagious veterinary diseases and epidemics.

This Ministerial Decision consists of 3 articles and one Annex. Article 1 states that the diseases listed in the attached Annex are contagious diseases and epidemics. Article 2 requires the veterinarian to promptly transmit information about any suspected wound or sickness in any animal that might be symptomatic of a contagious disease or epidemic. This information is to be transmitted to the party concerned or the nearest veterinary centre, naming the owner of the animal, the address and the relevant procedures taken.
