Ministerial Decision No. 56 of 2006 amending Ministerial Decision No. 112 of 2000 regulating the management of the Dimaniyat Island Reserve.

This Ministerial Decision amends Ministerial Decision No. 112 of 2000 regulating the management of the Dimaniyat Island Reserve by replacing the text of articles 2 and 3. The changes relate to the requirement for a permit in order to enter the park, outlining the fees, and who is exempt from having to pay fees. Furthermore, new provisions have been added to articles 2 and 7 providing for exceptions to the provisions of article 2 and forbidding overnight stay on dry land during the nesting season from 1 May to the end of October.
