Abstract
This Ministerial Decision is composed of 3 articles and attached Regulations. Article 1 sets in force the Management of Marine Fishing Ports by the provisions of the attached Regulations.
Articles 1-13 of these Regulations provide information and general provisions including definitions of terms used. Articles 14-18 concern the protection of marine fishing ports, such as a ban on the lighting of fires within them. Articles 19-26 regulate the movement and anchorage of fishing vessels. Articles 27-34 focus on vessels that are not equipped for fishing. Articles 35-47 provide specifications of marine fishing port management. Violations to the provisions of this Regulation are covered in article 47.
