Ministerial Decision No. 7 of 2004 concerning the ban on fishing or construction of artificial reefs in areas of artificial reefs belonging to the Ministry.

This Ministerial Decision is composed of two articles. Article 1 bans the fishing or construction of artificial reefs (Alshaduud) within 500 metres of any artificial reef belonging to the Ministry. Likewise, without prejudice to the provision of article 29 of the Implementing Regulation to the Law of Marine Fishing and Protection of Living Aquatic Resources (Ministerial Decision No. 4 of 1994), the only exception to this ban is in the use of line fishing.
