Ministerial Decision No.10 of 2017 amending some provisions of Hazardous Wastes Management Regulations issued by Ministerial Decision No. 18 of 1993.

This resolution consisting of 3 articles aims at adding 2 new articles at the Regulation concerning the Hazardous Wastes Management. In particular, it deals with (i) the fees for granting hazardous waste management permits (art.17); and (ii) the administrative fine to punish who contravenes the provisions of these Regulations (art.18). The permits referred to in art.17 regard transport, storage, treatment, collection and export. The Resolution regulates also duration and costs.
