Ministerial Decree No. 108/2011 amending the Ministerial Decree No. 2/2011 on the organization of fish exports and determining its kinds.

This Regulation consisting of 3 articles amends some provisions regarding the management of fish exports. It allows owners of vehicles, companies, and institutions licensed to engage in trading activity and marketing of living aquatic resources to export the amount of fish equal to the amount marketed in the local markets, after obtaining the certificate according to the form prepared by the Ministry. The certificate shall include the quantity, weight, date and place of marketing, vehicle number and owner's name.
