Abstract
The institutions and the companies working in the field of fertilizers and soil conditioners shall rectify their conditions in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations within six months from the date of their entry into force.
The regulations define the list of chemical fertilizers and soil conditioners allowed for agricultural use, import, production and trade. The Regulations forbid the release of imported products not compliant with the accepted standards. The legal officers are allowed to enter to agricultural lands and establishments of fertilizers production to take samples and verify their compliance to the standards. These Regulations sets forth the requirements and conditions for the production, import, export and trade of the chemical fertilizers, organic fertilizers, and soil conditioners and improvers.
The registration procedure, the packaging specifications, the terms for the advertising, the procedure for examination and analysis, the objection to the results, the grievance procedures, and the fees are also part of these Regulations.

This Ministerial Decree enters into force a day after the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
