Abstract
This Regulation consisting of 6 articles sets forth the management of fish exports by owners of vehicles, companies, and institutions licensed to engage in trading activity and marketing of living aquatic resources. Article 1 prohibits the export of some living aquatic resources as listed in that article, starting from the 1st of June 2013 until the 30th of September 2013. Article 2 states that, in the aforementioned period can be allowed to export the amount and kind of catch equal to the amount marketed in the local markets. Article 3 allows to trade in local markets approved by the Ministry during the period referred to, 40% of the catch in their possession, in exchange for permission to export 60% of it. Article 4 provides for the certificate according to the form prepared by the Ministry. The certificate shall include the quantity, weight, date and place of marketing, vehicle number and owner's name and shall be valid for one-time use only. Article 5 excludes canned fish provided that the exporter has a license and certificate of fish quality control from the competent authority in the Ministry.
