Abstract
The Regulations define the use and restrictions of agricultural lands and the use of sewage waters in the farmlands. They regulate the Agricultural Holding Act and define the rules and conditions to obtain it. The text also concerns the financial and technical support for the introduction of modern irrigation systems on farms. The Regulations cover the input subsidies, production equipment and agricultural extension programs.
Part of the Regulations concerns honeybees: licence, conditions for the establishment of promiscuous breeding honeybees, import, export, quarantine, and packaging.
Fees and penalties are also specified in the text.
The text includes 3 Annexes: Fees; Supplies and equipment’s support for agricultural production; Pests and diseases of honeybees.
