Abstract
This Decree regulates the issuance of licences for the exploitation of quarries and mines. The Directorate General of Metal, in accordance with the procedures set out in this Decree, is the licensing authority. The requirements for obtaining the licence and the rules to maintain it are stated in the fourteen articles of this Decree.
