Ministerial Decree No. 5/2005 on banning the import of live birds from some countries

This Decree is composed of 3 articles. Article 1 bans the import of live birds, poultry and non-poultry meat products and derivatives from Philippine, Japan, and Mongolia until the demise of the cause of the ban and a decision is taken in this regard.
