Abstract
This Decree bans the export of stones, sand, gravel, clay, gypsum or other minerals unless the interested person or legal entity has the approval of the Directorate General of Metals and a licence from the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
The violation of the provisions of this Decree will be punished according to the penalties provided in Chapter VI of the Law of Oil and Minerals.
