Ministerial Decree No.194/2012 declaring areas of Agricultural Quarantine.

This Decree consisting of 5 articles aims at declaring some areas of agricultural quarantine until the end of the disease that has caused this declaration. It prohibits the transfer of banana plants, seedlings, any part thereof or any material that can contain the fungal pathogen Fusarium oxysporum that causes the Panama disease of the roots of banana plants.
