This Ministerial Decree encloses regulations for the registration of existing wells and new well permits. These regulations are composed of 6 Chapters divided into 35 articles: Definitions (I); Registration of existing wells (II); New well permits (III); Registration of contractors (IV); Obligations of contractors (V); Penalties (VI).
These regulations state the detailed rules governing the registration of wells such as defining the role and duties of the authorized Ministry, the conditions for the issuance of registration receipts, the entities that must apply for the obtainment of a permit and the allowed uses of wells.
