Ministerial Resolution No. 2010/145 amending some provisions of the Executive Regulations of the Agriculture System.

These Regulations, consisting of three articles, introduce amendments to: (i) Article 6, clarifying that land irrigated by traditional aflaj systems cannot be repurposed for non-agricultural use, but approval may be granted to build or modify a residential unit if no existing unit is present or modifications are necessary, provided construction stays within specified limits and minimizes harm to existing trees; (ii) Article 15, requiring the inclusion of a map with the land title; (iii) Article 17, addressing the validity period for endowment land; and (iv) replacing the term "General Directorate or Relevant Administration" with "General Directorate of Agricultural Development" throughout.
