Abstract
This Resolution, composed of 14 articles, aims to regulate the registration and promotion of food products, ensuring their safety and quality. It outlines the obligations of food traders, including the requirement to obtain and submit a data card for their products, along with an application form, to the relevant authority - the Food Safety and Quality Center. The Resolution also mandates the approval of testing reports to confirm that all food items meet safety standards before being marketed. Non-compliance may result in administrative penalties and fines. Repeat violations, which may lead to harsher consequences. The Resolution is structured as follows: (I) Definitions and General Provisions; (II) Conditions and Procedures for Registering Foodstuffs and Approving the Explanatory Data Card; (III) Advertising or Promoting Foodstuffs; (IV) Administrative Penalties. Additionally, the appendix specifies the fees for registering food products, approving data cards, and testing food items.
