Abstract
This Resolution, consisting of two articles and one Schedule, amends Article 1 of the original text by designating the states listed in the Schedule as agricultural quarantine zones. These designations remain in force until the circumstances giving rise to the quarantine no longer exist and an official resolution is issued lifting the quarantine.
