Abstract
This Resolution, comprising 5 articles, sets the permissible levels of fortification ingredients in white wheat flour with an extraction rate of 85% or less. It mandates clear labeling indicating that the flour is fortified and prohibits the import of non-compliant white wheat flour. However, white wheat flour intended for export is exempt from these requirements.
