Public Services Regulatory Authority - Decision No. 2024/4 amending some provisions of the regulations governing potable water services.

This Resolution, comprising 3 articles, hereby replaces Annex 1 on Service Delivery Fees, attached to the Regulation, with a new annex. The fees concern (i) Service Category / User Type – the type of service or applicant; (ii) Land / Building Area (m²) – the size of the property in square meters; (iii) Connection Fees – the standard fees for connecting to the service; (iv) Additional Fees – any extra charges applicable.
