Resolution No. R2026/12 amending some provisions of the Executive Regulations of the Social Protection Law.

This Resolution, comprising 3 articles, amends Article 61(1) to specify that an insured person is entitled to a retirement pension upon reaching the statutory old-age retirement age, provided their employment has ended. If the insured person continues to work after reaching retirement age, the pension is payable from the date their service terminates.
