Abstract
This Resolution consisting of 8 articles aims at regulating the use of certain hunting tools. In particular it (i) prohibits the possession and use of hunting, tracking and simulating bird and wild animal sounds and devices, except for those used for organizational, scientific and research purposes authorized by the Environmental Protection Agency (art.1); (ii) the Authority shall issue the permit, valid for one year, after evaluating the request by its specialists (arts.2 and 3); (iii) the Agency collects the fees for issuing a permit (art.4); and (iv) the Agency may revoke the permit temporarily or permanently in the event of violations stipulated in Article 5 (art.7).
