Abstract
This Decree, consisting of 8 articles, aims to (i) modify the name of the Electricity and Related Water Sector Regulation Authority to the Authority for Public Services Regulation; (ii) assign to the Authority the competences of regulating the activity of natural gas transportation - previously under the responsibility of the Ministry of Oil and Gas - as stipulated in the Oil and Gas Law. In particular, the Authority shall (a) issue the licenses related to natural gas transportation activity, and (b) conclude natural gas transportation concession agreements.
