Abstract
This Royal Decree consists of 3 articles and attached Regulations. Article 1 sets in force the provisions of the Regulations promoting a system of capital grants to projects linked to the fishing trade and a system supporting studies in the pre-investment phase. Article 2 states that the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries Resources should proceed with applying the necessary provisions of the regulations and decisions of this system. The Ministry of Finance and Economy and Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Resources should coordinate the distribution of the fund granted by this Decree. Chapter 1 of the Regulations deals with definitions of the terms used. Chapter 2 deals with general provisions and Chapter 3 with capital grants to projects linked to the fishing trade. Chapter 4 deals with support for the pre-investment phase.
